Appliance Outlet (2020) Ltd delegates servicing jobs to WhitewAir Servicing Ltd, an affiliated company.
For site visits to your site we cover the Auckland Metro area for our standard rates. Travel beyond this area incurs a surcharge. Our technicians charge in 10 minute increments on site.
Warranty work covers manufacturer faults, but excludes user error or user misuse (e.g a blocked pump) that will be charged for.
If you bring your appliance to us at Ti Rakau Road, a non-refundable initial charge of $79.00 inc GST is to be paid at drop-off. This fee covers up to 45 minutes of inspection and/or repair and will be refunded should a genuine warranty fault be found and a valid warranty proven. All repairs must be collected within 3 months of the booking date or they will be considered abandoned and sold or disposed of to cover costs.
By accepting these terms and conditions you are giving WhitewAir Servicing Ltd permission to inspect your item, quote any repair and parts costs and carry out approved repairs as required. WhitewAir Servicing Ltd reserves the right to use refurbished parts if needed or if genuine or OEM parts are not available.
All repairs carry a 3 month warranty, subject to our warranty terms and conditions.
